Meet Pastor Brian Meade

Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to view our church’s website.  I am Pastor Brian Meade. My wife, Dawn, and I have been blessed to come and serve in the Florissant area.

I had wonderful parents who raised me in church and I trusted in Jesus as my Savior at the age of 9.  Nearly three decades ago, I surrendered my life to the ministry and since that time I have had the privilege of serving in the Baptist Missionary Association.

As pastor of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church, my desire is to honor God by shepherding the flock that He has entrusted to my care.  I want our people to be active in progressive biblical sanctification, and to be developing and using the gifts and talents they have received to serve others.  I aspire for our worship to be both biblical and reverent; to glorify God, not entertain people.  Finally, my prayer is that together we will be used to reach the lost in our community and to encourage one another to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.

The Christian faith is not about religion, but a relationship with Jesus.  If you have never turned to God in faith (trusting in Jesus alone for salvation), or if you have wandered from an active relationship with the Lord, or if you are presently without a church home, please accept my invitation to be our guest at Lindsay Lane.  Come visit us as we strive to exalt our blessed Savior: “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17, NKJV).
